Martin E.
Judge, Jr.
Chief Executive Officer
Martin Judge is Chief Executive Officer and Founder of
The Judge Group,
Inc. and its subsidiaries. He founded the company in 1970 and is
regarded as a pioneer in the Human Capital Management and
Technology Services industry. In 2003, Mr. Judge successfully
took The Judge Group private in an effort to reinvest capital
into the growth of the company. He serves on the board of
governors for The Maxwell Football Club of Pennsylvania.
James D. Miner
Vice-President
Mr. Miner has over 20 years experience in the
audiovisual and entertainment industries.
As the Vice president for Judge Audio Visual Solutions Jim
oversees the daily operation of the company.
Jim works closely with the systems consultants to
ensure that every JAVS client receives the highest
quality system design, documentation and coordination
during their project. Jim is also responsible for
meeting with architects, designers and general contractors
to review and coordinate design documents. Jim works
closely with the engineering department to ensure that
the client's needs are addressed during final equipment
specification. Jim is responsible for manufacture
coordination to ensure that every systems consultant
stays current in the ever-changing landscape of
processional electronics.
Prior to JAVS Jim worked for a Broomall based company
as the Director of Sales;
Jim also worked for a Long Island; NY based audio
design/build company as the business manager. Jim oversaw
the daily operations of the company, coordinating all of
the divisions during the projects including proposal review,
contract preparation and equipment ordering. The company
designed, installed and serviced audio systems for houses
of worship, theatres, and various facilities, both nationally
and internationally.
Prior to entering the audiovisual contracting business
Jim spent 15 years in the entertainment business. Jim worked
for artists including Billy Joel, U2, Foreigner, and many others
both in America and around the world. Jim was responsible for
all facets of the artists' tours including contract negotiations
with promoters, arenas, unions, sound, lighting, video,
trucking and busing contractors. Jim reported directly to
the artist and oversaw all show financial settlements.
Jim was responsible for the first shows ever performed
in the then Soviet Union, performed by Billy Joel in 1985,
including being responsible to an entourage of 30 persons
form the international press and both film and recording
crews.
Jim began his career with Electric Factory concerts,
an entertainment promoter based in Philadelphia working
his way from a technician to the ticket manager before
joining Billy Joel in 1983.

Larry Uhl
Vice President of Engineering
Larry Uhl has over 15 years experience in audio visual design,
installation, and service. As the Vice President of Engineering,
Larry's involvement begins with the initial design and continues
through the system commissioning. This includes involvement
in all stages of the projects, including preliminary sales
and design meetings with clients, CAD design and documentation,
coordination, and scheduling with various construction trades,
to final project completion and customer training. Larry
oversees the daily operations and scheduling of all project
managers and technicians within Judge Audio Visual Solutions.
Prior to starting Judge Audio Visual Solutions, Larry managed
the engineering, installation and programming divisions for
Audio Visual Solutions Group, a firm located in Broomall, PA.
During his time leading the company Jim, along with Larry,
completed some of the areas largest audiovisual projects.
John McDonald
Account Manager
John McDonald has served in the Audio Visual Industry
for more than a dozen years. John was brought on
board at Judge Audio Visual to ensure the continuation
of a high level of attention to all our customers needs.
From initial consultation, making sure all customers'
needs are met in the Audio Visual design, through final
close out and beyond.
Over the course of those years, John has become
CTS (Certified Technology Specialist) certified by ICIA,
the governing body of the Audio Visual Industry. He has
also completed certification courses for major
manufacturers such as Extron, Polycom and Smart
Technologies Interactive White boards. With this
expertise he has developed and maintained relationships
with Fortune 100 companies and distinguished Higher
Education Facilities that utilize him as a resource
and not just a vendor.
