Audio Visual Sales Professional

looking to hire multiple experienced AV sales professionals.
Required Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years experience selling Audio Video solutions to include design,
integration, and delivery of reliable, high-quality, and user-friendly audio
visual solutions for a variety of applications.
- Must be experienced selling AV solutions to corporate, government, education,
health care, hospitality, house of worship, residential or retail clients.
- Ideal candidate would be an aggressive, experienced sales person who is
looking for personal growth.
- We are looking for someone who will be highly motivated. The applying candidate
would need to be a self starter as well as be able to work well in a team environment.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite necessary.
- CTS Certification a plus.
As a Judge AV Salesperson, you will be responsible for establishing and maintaining
long-term customer relationships while interacting with industry consultants, architects
and contractors. We are experiencing rapid growth which is creating unlimited advancement
opportunities. As a Judge AV Salesperson, you will receive a competitive base salary and

Audio Visual System Installer II
Judge Audio Visual Solutions Inc., a division of The Judge Group, a nationally
recognized professional services firm with over 25 locations, is growing and
looking to hire multiple experienced AV installation professionals
- Individual to have three to five years experience in the audio video installation
field including, but not limited to:
- Corporate boardrooms
- Training facilities
- Educational market
- Distributed audio systems
- Retail content distribution
- Working knowledge of all aspects of audio video systems installation including, but not limited to:
- Equipment rigging
- Proper equipment rack wiring including correct signal isolation and grounding methods
- Ability to interpret system wiring diagrams
- Industry-standard termination techniques (e.g., soldering and crimping)
- An understanding of proper troubleshooting methods including the use of various
industry test equipment
- Individual should posses a working knowledge of Microsoft Office and should be
able to open, load and make minor changes to files created by common audiovisual
software including, but not limited to:
- Polycom Conference Composer
- ClearOne G-Ware
- SoundWeb London Architect
- Crestron and/or AMX
- Extron GlobalViewer
- Individual should posses a basic understanding of IT wiring and practices
for LAN based audio video projects
Job requirements may include:
- The ability to work on ladders or lifts
- The ability to work with standard construction tools
